FILM REVIEW: War off target
? Well, some will surely say it’s one of the favorites for worst films of the year.How does anyone not know the plot? The trailer tells the whole story. A beautiful young woman, Lauren (Witherspoon), finds herself dating two guys who just happen to be CIA agents, Foster and Tuck (Pine and Hardy), and who are best friends. With the advice of her married friend Trish (Chelsea Handler), Lauren tries to figure out who she wants to be with. There’s also a subplot involving a villain named Heinrich (Til Schweiger), who wants revenge on the agents for a deal gone bad.
There’s only one smart, snappy scene in the film, when Lauren and Foster first meet at a video store. Most of the comedy is weighted by forced dialogue that even the normally sharp Witherspoon can’t save. As for Pine and Hardy, comedy is neither one’s strength. Handler wrings whatever laughs there are out of the script.
So with the weak comic elements one would hope for some strong action sequences. No such luck. McG directs in such an ordinary manner that the car chases, shootouts and fights fail to bring the much-needed spark. If that wasn’t bad enough, the editing on the film is at time confusing.

Creating videos on you computer seems to be a bit of challenge for a lot of folks – at least edited and finished video that looks and sounds good. But if you are using videos that need some structure and polish, especially for a business, you need to be able to edit and create something more professional looking. So when I was asked to do a post about editing and creating videos, I decided to try Movie Maker. And video editing software programs abound. Oh sure, anyone can upload unedited video that they shot from their phones or camcorder to YouTube directly these days....

I've been looking for weeks and looking to spend about $100 at the very most. Right now, I'm leaning more towards Sony Vegas.
I would go with Sony too.
