Why has my new Uniblue software failed after working for a month?

John Edward Kay It is difficult to know what is causing the problem in this case because if the software hadn’t downloaded successfully, the programs wouldn’t have worked for two weeks initially.
This also means that there doesn’t seem to have been a compatibility problem with other software unless Mr Kay upgraded existing software on his PC or downloaded additional software during this time and this has caused problems.
It is wise to remember that these notices to send error reports back to a software firm, while useful for the company, are of no use to the consumer. People will not receive feedback from these reports because they are just used to gauge error rates – what the problems are and where they may be present.
We have emailed Mr Kay and asked him if he has attempted to contact Uniblue customer services or technical support directly about this issue.
We have also asked whether he has downloaded any other software that might possibly have caused a software conflict.
