We've never supported converting PA. c Format apps to U3 format and dropped all support for the U3 platform years ago. No further development is happening to the U3 platform, app store, tools, or most apps. PackageFactory is extremely limited and does not create proper U3 packages, so apps can't be upgraded without losing all data, anyway. No new drives with U3 have been sold in a couple years. U3 was discontinued about 3 years ago. You're far better off using the app in its native format in a native fashion. As U3 is long dead and completely unsupported, there's not much point to doing this.
