PC lento? Come renderlo più veloce in poche mosse

my hd seems to be slow...?
i have a wd 250gb 16mb 7200 sataII 3.0gb hd and its on a promise controller card. sata 300 tx2 i think is the model. ne ways i did a benchmark on it using this prog called everest ultimate edition by lavalys. i have the latest ver. and so i did the test
hmm i need to use that program my self...thanks for that... well... one possible reason can be that your motherboard cant handle super fast file you know that you have a SATAII which transfer speed is at 3gb/s o sh*t wait.... you got it wrong man....
