I'm trying to transfer all my files and programs from a Vista machine to a Windows 7 one. I heard I could use this program to backup the Vista machine and then restore this on the WIndows 7 one so it's like I have all my old stuff on it. I have a question

Just follow the directions and all will be sweet, I just changed mine over last week,

And put it all on a big flash drive, pictures and all, works like a charm.
