Viewpoint: Paid sick time should to be a right in Massachusetts

Where in any constitution does the government have the right to force employers to give their employees sick leave, health insurance, a retirement plan or anything like that. Don't bother looking, you won't find it. The lunitic liberals that keep getting voted in because they promise voters the moon, have to stop getting government involved where it doesn't belong. The list keeps getting bigger on companies folding shop because of these idiotic laws enacted by people that have never run a successful business in their lives. You don't know whats better for our economy than we do. Keep you face out of our business. We are not polluting, paying slave wages, running a dangerous workplace, nor are we forcing people to work for us. A good employee is worth their weight in gold to us so what we do is to PAY them more. We may even work with them to help them out if they are out too long or if there is a true family problem. Its the government however that forces us to treat all employees the same even though one person hustles and one doesn't. If the employees that doesn't hustle gets canned, they file a grievance and your jack booted thugs come in and hit the company with a hefty fine. Wouldn't everybody just love to call in sick all the time and get paid? Wouldn't it be nice to have our employers pay for our car insurance so we can get to work? How about our homeowners insurance or our mortages and college tuition. I'l stop now so I don't give those idiots in office any more stupid ideas.
